NEW YORK, NY — FeedbackNow has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to deploy its Predictive Analytics Real-Time Feedback Solution at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. The award supports the VA’s initiative to enhance operational efficiency, hygiene, and service quality through smart, data-driven technology.

Under the one-year contract, FeedbackNow will improve VA maintenance operations by integrating feedback sensors with its AI-powered data analytics platform, which delivers actionable insights in real time. The upgraded system combines satisfaction feedback devices, janitorial/service request buttons, and stereoscopic people counter devices to create a comprehensive operational view of restroom conditions, traffic patterns, and service needs across the facility.
The enhanced solution enables the VA’s Environmental Management Service (EMS) teams to:
- Receive instant alerts for cleaning and restocking needs.
- Analyze usage and occupancy trends to optimize staffing and cleaning schedules.
- Use predictive analytics to anticipate high-demand periods and allocate resources proactively.
- Access a secure, web-based dashboard for centralized monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
FeedbackNow’s platform operates securely outside VA networks and does not store any personal or patient data. The contract also includes quarterly maintenance, inspection, and technical support to ensure continuous system performance.
